In the Italian town of Sarezzo, located in northern Italy at the foothills of the Alps, extensive work has been done on the renovation of a parking roof at a shopping centre. The Pardak® system was chosen for the renovation.
The Italian shopping centre Centro Europa 2000 is strategically located on a busy road. Easy parking is therefore a must. Part of the parking area is located on the first floor, on the roof of the shops and other spaces below. This rooftop car park was due for renovation.
Our Italian partner MAD Eco impermeabilizzazione was commissioned to renovate this roof. MAD has the exclusive rights in Italy to sell and install the Pardak® system from Zoontjens. A total of 524 m² of the Pardak® system was installed here, along with more than 60 m² of Dreen®Nxt for the walkways. The rooftop car park is now ready for many more years of use!
