The largest AUDI dealership of Wallonia has been built in Gosselies, north of Charleroi. The roof of the building has been constructed to enable it to be used for parking cars and to host events.
Relocation
Gosselies already had a Le Centre Automobile Audi dealership. It was decided to build a completely new terminal on a new site, complete with showroom, offices, a workshop and room to store new vehicles.
Extra space
The design was made by the Architectural Management firm of architects. They specialise in constructing or converting car dealerships all over Belgium. For the new Audi building in Gosselies, they included a rooftop car park in the design. A rooftop car park offers extra space to park the cars without requiring extra land, while at the same time ensuring secure parking.
Roof Days
It was decided to use Pardak®80 for this rooftop car park. This system is often chosen for this application. The total roof surface is just over 1200 square metres of effective and efficient space. Audi Gosselies also uses the roof for special ‘Roof days’ as an attractive venue for company events.
