Statement site
Jaguar Land Rover
Munich

The world’s first Statement Site for a Jaguar Land Rover dealership has been built in the southwestern district of the German city of Munich. This prestigious building, with a total floor surface of around 20,000 m², comprises a cellar level, a ground floor and two upper storeys.

Sustainability

The building was designed totally in line with the latest Jaguar Land Rover house style guidelines, in order to guarantee and optimise the special brand experience. Sustainability was another key element in the design of the new car dealership. The showroom, for example, houses a 300 m² planted green wall, 15 charging points for electric cars and the vehicles are cleaned with water from a purification installation.

Unique atmosphere

Another special element is the unique event location on the roof, that offers a fabulous view across Munich and the surrounding area. Because cars will be driven and parked on this rooftop facility, the decision was taken to finish the roof with the sustainable Pardak®110 system from Zoontjens. Fully in line with the styling of the rest of the building, Pardak® slabs have been laid in the colour anthracite, with integrated spotlights. The addition of two green roofs gives the rooftop area a unique special atmosphere.
