Schoonhoven Noord now has an attractive, renewed shopping centre with homes. This plan is part of a comprehensive renewal of this town district. The project of housing corporation Quawonen consists of a supermarket in its base layer, with two residential towers and a rooftop car park on top.
Van Wijnen was responsible for the building activities. The plan was designed by Groosman Partners. The rooftop car park was constructed using Pardak®110. Buffers have also been installed and lines applied. Every resident now has their own fixed parking slot which is always available to them.
